Terms of Use

These terms set the rules for using the www.cizimindir.com website and the drawings on it. By using the Site you accept these terms. For purchases, the Distance Sales Agreement and Delivery and Returns terms (in Turkish) also apply.

1. Membership

• Membership is free. You must provide accurate information and must not share your password with anyone; you are responsible for actions taken from your account.
• Exceeding download limits with multiple accounts, or bulk downloading with automated tools (bots, scripts), is prohibited.
• Accounts used in breach of these rules may be suspended or closed without warning.

2. Use of the drawings

• You may use the drawings you download in your own work and to produce products for your customers (laser, CNC, plasma cutting, etc.).
• Reselling, sharing, uploading to other sites, distributing as bundles or sub-licensing the drawing files themselves (DXF, SVG, AI, DWG, PDF, etc.), whether paid or free, is prohibited.
• The drawings and site content are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Some drawings may also have their own licence terms (for example fonts); in that case the terms on the relevant page apply.
• Commercial use of drawings containing trademarks, logos or well-known characters may require the right holder's permission; this responsibility lies with the user.

3. Members who upload drawings

• You confirm that the drawings you upload belong to you or that you have the right to share them. Responsibility for uploading content that belongs to someone else lies with the uploader.
• Infringement notices can be sent to [email protected]; infringing content will be removed.

4. Packages, credits and payment

• Package and credit prices, scope and duration are shown on the purchase page. Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY); your card is charged the TRY amount and your bank converts it. Payments are taken via iyzico.
• Because digital content is delivered instantly, under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once a download has started. Details are on the Delivery and Returns page.

5. Ads and free downloads

Free drawings are funded by advertising revenue. A short waiting time and ads may be shown before a download. Package holders download without ads.

6. Liability

Drawings are provided “as is”. Checking dimensions, material and machine suitability before production is the user's responsibility. Çizimindir cannot be held liable for material loss, machine failure or production errors that may arise from the use of the drawings.

7. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version is on this page. The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes; for consumer transactions, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
