Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
In accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

4. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, through site forms, membership and Sign in with Google, the payment page, the assistant and image search, cookies, email and WhatsApp.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with the payment institution (iyzico), hosting and security providers (server, Cloudflare), technology service providers such as Google, Meta and Anthropic, our financial advisor and legally authorised public institutions. Transfers to service providers with servers abroad are made under KVKK Art. 9 — based on your explicit consent for cookies, and otherwise to the extent necessary to provide the service and in line with the safeguards in the legislation. 6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
You can send your requests, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller and together with information that verifies your identity, to [email protected] from the email address registered in our system, or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Board may apply.
