Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what information is collected when you use www.cizimindir.com (“Çizimindir” or the “Site”), what it is used for, who it is shared with and what your rights are. Personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation. 2. What information do we collect?

We do not ask for special categories of personal data such as ID numbers or health information; please do not share them in your messages either.
3. What do we use the information for?
- To open your account, let you log in and keep your account secure,
- To let you download drawings and to manage your package and credit rights,
- To take orders, verify payments, issue invoices and keep legal records,
- To process sales and payouts for members who upload drawings,
- To answer your questions and provide support (assistant, email, WhatsApp),
- To keep the Site working, fast and secure; to prevent fraud, bots and abuse,
- If you have consented: to measure how you use the Site (analytics) and to show you relevant ads,
- To fulfil our legal obligations and respond to requests from public authorities.
We do not sell your information. We do not send you commercial electronic messages (campaign emails, SMS) without your consent.
4. Who do we share information with?
We share only what is necessary to provide the service, with the following service providers:

Servers of Google, Meta, Cloudflare and Anthropic may be located outside Turkey. These transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK — based on your explicit consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and on the necessity of providing the relevant service for the others. We recommend that you do not write personal information (ID number, address, etc.) to the assistant.
5. How long do we keep it?
- Account information: as long as your account is open; deleted or anonymised within 1 year at the latest after the account is deleted.
- Order, payment and invoice records: 10 years, as required by tax legislation.
- Site traffic logs (IP, date and time): at least 1 and at most 2 years, as required by Turkish Law No. 5651.
- Download records, assistant messages and image search records: at most 2 years.
- Cookies: for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.
6. Security
The Site runs encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are not stored in plain text, access to the admin panel is restricted and the server is protected by a firewall. Although no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. In the event of a data breach, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board and the affected persons will be notified in accordance with the KVKK.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to learn who it has been transferred to, to object to processing and to claim compensation if you have suffered damage. You can send your request to [email protected] from your account email; it will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You can also write to the same address to delete your account.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at persons under 18; you must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Users under 18 must use the Site with parental consent.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. Important changes will be announced on the Site. The current version is always on this page.
